Arterial Occlusions to the Eye: From Retinal Emboli to Ocular Ischemic Syndrome
The objective of this review article is to provide the general ophthalmologists with information on how to recognize the symptoms and to best manage these patients. The management is to investigate for the cause of the transient monocular visual loss and to apply secondary prevention to address atherosclerotic risk factors to prevent further ischemic events like a stroke.

We present a case of bilateral occipito-temporal infarction revealed by a sudden cortical blindness with haemorrhagic transformation after intravenous thrombolysis in a diabetic patient infected by Covid-19. Differential diagnoses are discussed in front of this unusual presentation and evolution.

Domestic energy usage and its' health implications on residents of the Ese ‐Odo and Okitipupa local government areas of Ondo state, Nigeria
This study examined domestic energy usage and its health implication on residents of Ese ‐Odo and Okitipupa Local Government Areas (LGA), of Ondo State. Systematic random sampling was used to select 103 and 156 respondents in Ese‐Odo and Okitipupa LGA, respectively. It was established that environmental and socio‐economic related attributes influenced residents' choice of domestic energy type. RIT earns NIH grant to use virtual reality to help stroke patients regain lost vision
(Rochester Institute of Technology) Scientists from Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester aim to use virtual reality to help restore vision for people with stroke-induced blindness. The team of researchers led by Gabriel Diaz, associate professor at RIT's Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science, received a grant from the National Institutes of Health to develop a method they believe could revolutionize rehabilitation for patients with cortically induced blindness.

Exergames for balance dysfunction in neurological disability: a meta-analysis with meta-regression
ConclusionsThe pooled evidence suggests that exergames improve balance dysfunction and are safe in several neurological conditions. The findings of high-frequency interventions associated with larger effect size, together with a possible sustained effect of exergaming, may guide treatment decisions and inform future research.

Cholangiocarcinoma manifesting as non-bacterial thrombotic endocarditis in a young patient
A 41-year-old female with steroid-dependent rheumatoid arthritis and a recent (four months prior) cerebellar stroke presented with complaints of constant headache and right eye blindness of one day.  At the time of the cerebellar stroke, she had presented with persistent headaches, dizziness and gait instability. That workup, including hypercoagulability evaluation, was unremarkable apart from the radiographic abnormalities diagnosing her left medial cerebellar hemisphere infarct. She was disc harged with a plan for outpatient loop recorder placement and aspirin for secondary stroke prevention.
