Successful Systemic Thrombolysis in an Adolescent With Acute Ischemic Stroke
Conclusions: Despite the lack of evidence regarding the safety and the efficacy of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator in pediatric stroke, this treatment option should be considered, especially in adolescents presenting within 3 hours from symptom onset in centers with consolidated experience in adult thrombolysis.

Abstract Wake-up stroke (WUS) or ischemic stroke occurring during sleep accounts for 14%-29.6% of all ischemic strokes. Characteristics of Symptomatic Basilar Artery Stenosis Using High-Resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Ischemic Stroke Patients.
CONCLUSIONS: The etiology of stenosis or occlusion was unclear until the development of HR-MRI. With HR-MRI, stroke etiology is better understood, and factors affecting each etiology can be identified. Further studies that clarify the etiology of posterior circulation stroke are required. Diagnostic and treatment standards for cerebral sinus venous thrombosis : Results of an online survey of German stroke units.
CONCLUSION: The survey revealed substantial homogeneity between RSUs and SRSUs and standards are mostly in line with the guidelines. Successful thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator in ischemic stroke after idarucizumab administration for reversal of dabigatran: a case report
ConclusionsIntravenous thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator after reversal of dabigatran with idarucizumab may be safe and feasible in patients with acute ischemic stroke with lacunar infarct. Furthermore, intravenous thrombolytic therapy with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator could be used in patients in emergency settings until just before the end of the recommended time limit within which it needs to be administered because of the immediate effect of idarucizumab.
