Patterns of PET-positive residual tissue at interim restaging and risk of treatment failure in advanced-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma: an analysis of the randomized phase III HD18 trial by the German Hodgkin Study Group

Axial length elongation profiles from 3 to 6 years in an Asian paediatric population: the Growing Up in Singapore Towards Healthy Outcomes birth cohort study (GUSTO)
CONCLUSION: In this preschool cohort, AL elongates at an average length of 0.80 mm from 3 to 6 years, with myopes demonstrating the greatest elongation. Silicone hydrogel versus hydrogel soft contact lenses for differences in patient-reported eye comfort and safety
CONCLUSIONS: The overall evidence for a difference between all included silicone hydrogel and hydrogel SCLs was of very low certainty, with most trials at high overall risk of bias. The majority of studies did not assess comfort using a validated instrument. There was insufficient evidence to support recommending one SCL material over the other. For extended wear, hydrogel SCL may have a lower risk of adverse events at 52 weeks compared to silicon hydrogel.
