Utilization of NKX3.1, P501S, Prostate-Specific Antigen, and Steroidogenic Factor 1 to Distinguish Malignant Leydig Cell Tumor From Metastatic Prostatic Adenocarcinoma to the Testis
CONCLUSIONS.—: The diagnosis of malignant Leydig cell tumor and its distinction from metastatic adenocarcinoma to the testis can be made immunohistochemically on the basis of SF-1 positivity and negativity for NKX3.1.PMID:36881770 | DOI:10.5858/arpa.2022-0424-OA (Source: Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine)

The value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of primary testicular germ cell tumors and non-germ cell tumors over 50 years old
ConclusionsPrimary testicular tumors in patients over 50 years old are mainly lymphoma, and CEUS is significantly different between germ cell tumors and non-germ cell tumors. Compared with conventional ultrasound, CEUS can distinguish testicular germ cell tumors from non-germ cell tumors more accurately. Preoperative ultrasonography is significant for accurate diagnosis and can guide clinical treatment. (Source: Frontiers in Oncology)

Pediatric primary extra-ovarian Sertoli Leydig cell tumor of the retroperitoneum
We report case of primary retroperitoneal extra-ovarian SLCT in a seven-year girl child without any hormonal manifestation. She presented with complaint of left side abdominal swelling associated with intermittent pain for a duration of six months. CT scan revealed a huge retroperitoneal space-occupying lesion abutting the dorsal vertebrae and present posterior to pancreas, spleen and left kidney. The tumor was diagnosed as extraovarian Sertoli Leydig cell tumor with intermediate differentiation on histopathology and immunohistochemistry.PMID:36656226 | DOI:10.4103/ijpm.ijpm_677_21 (Source: Indian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology)
