Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in the Treatment of Endometrial Cancer: Why We Fail? Results of a Prospective Multicenter Study on the Factors Associated with Failure of Node Mapping with Indocyanine Green
Conclusions: Neither obesity nor the presence of lymph node metastases was associated with mapping failure. However, there remains a need for further studies to understand all the mechanisms linked to the unsuccessful method results and to reduce the use of systematic lymphadenectomy in the case of mapping failure.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

Nutrition as a Potential Factor of Primary Dysmenorrhea: A Systematic Review of Observational Studies
Conclusion: A few studies showed inconclusive findings due to methodological heterogeneities for assessing nutritional habits and different methods of measuring dysmenorrhea pain. Therefore, further analysis and future interventional studies with stronger methodologies are required.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

Ten-Year Comparison Study of Type 1 and 2 Endometrial Cancers: Risk Factors and Outcomes
Conclusions: Consistent with previous literature, our analysis found that type 2 cancer is more common in non-white, older, and less obese patients and associated with higher mortality and recurrence. However, inconsistent with previous literature, we found no association between type 2 cancer and diabetes mellitus or use of HRT. These factors should be considered when approaching patients with endometrial cancer.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

A Matched Analysis on the Prognostic Impact of Race on Survival Endpoints of Women with Early-Stage Endometrial Cancer
Conclusions: When matched based on the tumor stage, grade, adjuvant treatment, age, and year of surgery, our study suggests that there is no statistically significant difference in any survival endpoints between AA and NAA women with early-stage EC. Based on these data, disparities in outcome likely do not stem from uterine cancer-related causes. The increased comorbidity burden in AA women is likely a factor contributing to the racial disparity in endometrial cancer.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)
