Long-Term Medical Therapy after Laparoscopic Excision of Ovarian Endometriomas: Can We Reduce and Predict the Risk of Recurrence?
Conclusions: Long-term EPs, administered in a continuous regimen and starting immediately after conservative surgery for endometriomas, seem to reduce the disease recurrence risk.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

Relationship between Cyst Fluid Concentrations of Iron and Severity of Dysmenorrhea in Patients with Ovarian Endometrioma
Conclusions: There is no clear evidence that iron predicts the severity of endometriosis-related pain. However, iron may be closely associated with dysmenorrhea.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

A Novel Stimulation Protocol for Poor-Responder Patients: Combining the Stop GnRH-ag Protocol with Letrozole Priming and Multiple-Dose GnRH-ant: A Proof of Concept
Conclusions: The combined Stop GnRH-ag, letrozole priming, and multiple-dose GnRH-ant COH protocol is a valuable tool in the armamentarium for treating POSEIDON Group 4 patients. Further large prospective studies are needed to elucidate its role in POR and to identify the specific characteristics of women (before initiating ovarian stimulation) that will aid both fertility specialists ’ counseling and their patients in adjusting the appropriate COH protocol.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

Myometrial Responses to Beta-Adrenoceptor Antagonists in Gynecological Malignancies
Conclusions: Our study indicates that ovarian cancer considerably alters contractile activity of the nonpregnant human uterus in response to ADRB antagonists. This suggests a pathogenetic role of beta-adrenergic pathways in this malignancy. Furthermore, propranolol and bupranolol substantially influence spontaneous uterine contractility.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

Elevated Circulating Levels of Carnal ENST00000550337.1 Are Associated with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Chinese Women
Conclusions: The present study indicated that lnc RNA ENST00000550337.1 was related to PCOS occurrence, and elevated levels may be a risk factor for PCOS women. In addition, lncRNA ENST00000550337.1 might promote PCOS development partially by increasing IR and can be used as a potential molecular marker in patients with PCOS.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)

MicroRNA-301a Promotes Cell Proliferation and Resistance to Apoptosis through PTEN/PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway in Human Ovarian Cancer
Conclusion: Therefore, miR-301a should be an oncogene in ovarian cancer, and overexpression of miR-301a promoted proliferation of ovarian cancer cells by modulating the PTEN/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Gynecol Obstet Invest (Source: Gynecologic and Obstetric Investigation)
