Can you ever seem too interested in a single topic or cause?
I ask this because I plan to continue with some long term activities I've been doing since HS and getting approval to start an organization at my university, but I'm realizing that basically every activity of mine relates to either my religion, or my interest in neuroscience. Carotid artery and CESI
How do you all approach CESI in patients with significant carotid artery blockages? Particularly if you use a oakworks or similar frame? Not for a patient acutely had a CVA, but what about someone with a stroke last year and 50% occlusion?
