Interesting marketing. One of the selling points is no anesthesia. Case study is from Spain. Not sure how many US cardiologists want to spend their days being echocardiographer for structural interventions. As always, it would depend on reimbursement.

Payment Processing Fees
I just listened to this podcast on white coat investor and found out that there are companies that "facilitate" electronic payments to physicians but unlike Visa or Mastercard that take 1-3% or so from merchants, these guys are taking up to 16% before the money even gets to your office.

When patient is intubated and spontaneously breathing on manual or minimal PSV how many TOF twitches does that equate to ?

Cirrhosis and Local Anesthetics
What considerations do you take when doing injections on cirrhotic patients? Use lido with epinephrine? Any precautions? Tried looking in literature but couldn't find much except to pay careful attention to dosing.

Board certified
I’m almost scared to ask this question.
