Retake Success Story
Just wanted to drop by to give some motivation to the retakers out there. I got less than 50th percentile on my first MCAT attempt. Changed just about everything with my studying, retook it and got >515. I did not take a gap year and will be starting at a T20 school this fall. ORM, small unranked liberal arts college. What I changed: used only 1 set of content books instead of multiple, used khan academy, reddit, and Anki (specifically for psych and socio), finished content review... Tips for Gen Chem 2 and Orgo
Hi all, this is my first post, I'm an undergrad sophomore and will be taking Gen chem 2 this fall, I would really like some study tips because I feel chem is my weak spot because I barely made a B in gen chem 1 and I'm really worried about my grades for the future and more tough classes like Orgo 1 and 2, Biochem, and Gen chem 2. I have done Khan Academy and do the homework questions but the thing is I didn't take AP chem in high school and to me it seems all professors think everyone did... AAEM position statement on the Emergency Medicine Workforce
American Academy of Emergency Medicine AAEM is the specialty society of emergency medicine. We are a democratic organization committed to our principles and standing up for our members. We are the champion of the emergency physician. www.aaem.org I think this provides a good contrast between leadership between our different disciplines. Just thought I would put this out there as a discussion point. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

How to Study for the MCAT, by a tutor and 525 scorer
by Trev_K (Posted Mon Jan 28, 2019 3:57 pm) I just posted a long version of this on my tutoring website (trevorkleetutor.com/boston-mcat-prep), but here's the short version. As a professional tutor, I can safely say that the MCAT is a really hard exam.
