Group A Streptococcus Antibiotic Resistance in Iranian Children: A Meta-analysis.
Conclusions: Our findings suggest penicillin (in non-allergic children) and macrolides, lincosamides, and narrow-spectrum cephalosporins (in penicillin-allergic children) as the treatments of choice in Iran.
