Vitamin E supplementation (alone or with other antioxidants) and stroke: a meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: Supplementation with vitamin E alone is not associated with stroke reduction. Instead, supplementation of vitamin E with other antioxidants reduces the incidence of ischemic stroke but increases the risk of hemorrhagic stroke, cancelling any beneficial effect derived. Assistive Technology utilization among stroke survivors in Kano, Northwest Nigeria: a cross-sectional study

Intracerebral Hemorrhage Among Blood Donors and Their Transfusion Recipients
CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In an exploratory analysis of patients who received red blood cell transfusions, patients who underwent transfusion with red blood cells from donors who later developed multiple spontaneous ICHs were at significantly increased risk of spontaneous ICH themselves. CONCLUSIONS: This study is the first to evaluate the impact of training with startling acoustic stimuli on clinical measures of aphasia and AOS.
