The accuracy of prehospital diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular accidents: an observational study.
CONCLUSIONS: Emergency physicians appear to be sensitive in diagnosing CVAs but their overall accuracy does not seem high. They tend to overuse the diagnosis of TIA.
