Unveiling CXCR2 as a promising therapeutic target in renal cell carcinoma: exploring the immunotherapeutic paradigm shift through its inhibition by RCT001
CONCLUSIONS: RCT001, by inhibiting CXCR2 through its unique mechanism, effectively suppresses ccRCC cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and M2 macrophage polarization. Tumour-to-tumour metastasis of breast cancer (donor) and clear cell renal cell carcinoma (recipient): a case report
A woman in her late 70s was referred to urology clinic to consider intervention for a biopsy-proven 24 mm WHO/International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP) grade 1 clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC) that was diagnosed 4 years prior and managed with active surveillance up to that point.
