Barriers and strategies for primary health care workforce development: synthesis of evidence
CONCLUSIONS: Effective leadership/governance, a robust health financing system, integration of health information and technology, such as mobile health and ensuring a consistent supply of adequate resources are also vital components of primary health care workforce development.
