Cisplatin versus gemcitabine as concurrent chemoradiotherapy in squamous cell carcinoma cervix: A comparative study of clinical response and toxicities
Conclusion: Cisplatin has a better treatment response as compared to gemcitabine as concomitant chemotherapy agent with external beam radiation therapy. Hematological toxicity was more in gemcitabine arm and gastrointestinal toxicity was more in cisplatin arm. The skin toxicities were comparable in both the arms. The tolerance to chemoradiation for cervical cancer patients: A comparative prospective study of rural versus urban population
Conclusions: Tolerance to chemoradiation, disease-free survival, and overall survival are similar in both urban and rural patients of cervical cancer, with more enteritis in urban group. However, this did not increase OTT. (Source: Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics)

Dosimetric analysis of intensity-modulated radiation therapy and volumetric-modulated arc therapy in comparison with conventional box technique in the treatment of carcinoma cervix: An impact of prosthetic implant
Conclusion: VMAT has an edge over other techniques in terms of target coverage and sparing of critical organs in the presence of metallic prosthesis. Information about the geometry and density of prosthesis will be beneficial for treatment planning. (Source: Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics)

The immunohistochemical biomarker B-cell lymphoma-2 expression in malignant and premalignant lesions of the uterine cervix and its association with human papillomavirus infection
Conclusion: Bcl-2 IHC seems to have variable expression among CIN cases. Although its expression is low among invasive cancer cases when compared with preinvasive lesions, the difference is not significant. Similarly, no significant association was found between Bcl-2 expression and HPV infections. (Source: Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics)

Chinese primary adrenal lymphoma complicated with adrenal crisis: A case report and literature review
This report describes the case of a 67-year-old man with fatigue, poor appetite, and weight loss. Positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET-CT) scan showed irregular mass-like soft tissue density shadows were noted in the bilateral adrenal glands and immunohistochemical (IHC) studies confirmed the diagnosis of PAL with multiple metastases throughout the body. This report characterizes the clinical manifestations in patients with PAL. When the disease progresses to bilateral adrenal involvement, it may be accompanied by adrenal insufficiency or even adrenal crisis occurred. (Source: Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics)

Hypophysitis: A rare but noteworthy immune-related adverse event secondary to camrelizumab therapy
Xiaoying Han, Min Meng, Tiehong Zhang, Jiao Wang, Guanghui Huang, Yang Ni, Wenhong Li, Jianjian Dai, Xia Yang, Xin YeJournal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics 2022 18(5):1440-1443 The programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) inhibitor – camrelizumab – is a promising agent for the treatment of several malignancies. Secondary hypophysitis has been reported in patients treated with the other PD-1 inhibitors such as nivolumab and pembrolizumab. However, camrelizumab-related hypophysitis has not yet been described. Herein, we report three cases of hypophysitis secondary to camrelizumab therapy. Case 1 was a 6...
