Endocrine fellowship application for 2022
Hello,
I finished my IM residency in 2017 and I have been a hospitalist from that time.
I am planning to apply for endocrine fellowship this year. But I am facing big problem getting LOR.
Most of the faculty who were running our IM program left. I tried to reach them but they did not look interested in providing LOR.
I tried to reach the endocrinologist with whom I did rotations with during my residency, but he is not responding.

Neuropsychologists, did you ever consider pursuing a Neuroscience/bench science PhD?
I see a lot of posts comparing different careers, though none comparing neuroscience academia/industry and neuropsychology.
Context:
I originally set out in undergrad to go for a straight clinical psych PhD. Though before that I was pre-med (changed my path due to a positive, but informative, medical shadowing experience) and still hold a love for genetics/endocrinology/biology.

Offloading diabetic foot ulcers
We tell people to offload every day. Compliance is super low.
Despite strong counseling "if you dont stop walking on this you will get an amputation" I really cant get much for compliance with my DFU patient population.
Anyone doing something different?
Felt, boots, crutches, wheel chair, education on why ambulating is bad, etc is just not cutting it.
