Interesting case

Had an interesting learning case present to the OR today. Would be curious to hear other's thoughts. 70 year old F with h/o Graves disease, non ischemic cardiomyopathy with HFrEF (EF 10-15%), paroxysmal Afib currently in NSR that presents for total thyroidectomy with slow ENT surgeon.
