Surgery Showcase for Pre-Pods
I created this thread to show pre-pods what kinds of surgical cases you can do as a podiatrist.
Of course, surgery isn't the only part of podiatry, you really need to have a good handle on medicine as well. The best surgeons are those who know when/how to avoid surgery.
Some podiatrists sub-specialize in a certain area, like diabetic limb salvage (me), sports medicine, trauma, pediatrics, etc. and the surgical procedures and settings (i.e. hospital vs. surgery center) will vary.

Endocrinology starting salary
Hello everyone, I am a PGY-1 and thinking about choosing either Endocrinology or Hem-Onc as an subspecialty.
I know those are very different subspecialties but I was wondering about the salary part.
I am not trying the compare those two in regards of salary, just was wondering approximately how much does Endocrinologist make

Applied dentistry, rejected and referred to podiatry (interview this Friday)
Hey everybody. So I applied to dental schools this cycle and things are not going so great (3 rejections, 2 waitlist before interview). I was rejected from MWZ and referred to applied to other health programs (podiatry, pharmacy, biomed masters..etc). Hello everyone,
as someone from abroad can someone sum up all chronic diseases that are managed in american primary care ? I couldnt find any precise information about it on the net.
