Clinical manifestations and genetic mutation analysis of patients with mucopolysaccharidosis type VII in China
CONCLUSION: The study's patients all presented with classic symptoms of MPS VII due to β-glucuronidase deficiency, with three new pathogenic mutations identified in the GUSB gene.
