Minor IA - am I totally screwed?
Hi all,
I just received word from my prehealth committee that I have a minor non academic IA on my record.
The incident: When I was a freshman, the dorms at my school had a no-overnight guest policy due to COVID. I had checked in another student to my dorm but forgotten to check them out when they left. I received an email from Student Conduct reading:

1 year attending job?
Hi
I am a rads resident about to rank and match for fellowship. Spouse is an FM PGY 2. Rank list right now is all over the country, mostly in big metros/big academic centers. We will likely return to the area we are currently in after my fellowship year (its her hometown). We aren't interested in doing distance for a year. Boston University vs. Rush
I've been very fortunate to get to pick between these options but am feeling pretty torn. What to do with my hatred of academic medicine?

Attending subspecialty conferences during intern year?
