TAp73 modifies metabolism and positively regulates growth of cancer stem-like cells in a redox-sensitive manner.
CONCLUSION: Collectively, we reveal a clinically relevant aspect of cancer cell growth and stemness regulation through TAp73-mediated redox-sensitive metabolic reprogramming.
