Acute Hypocalcaemia Following Denosumab in Heart and Lung Transplant Recipients With Osteoporosis

CONCLUSIONSIn heart and lung transplant recipients, denosumab should be used judiciously in patients with advanced renal disease due to the risk of hypocalcaemia.
