Occupational exposure to silica and risk of gastrointestinal cancers: a systematic review and meta-analysis of cohort studies

ConclusionsWe discovered a link between occupational silica exposure and gastrointestinal malignancies, with cancers of the liver, stomach, and esophagus being the most prevalent. Colorectal and pancreatic cancer were not linked to occupational silica exposure.
