The Impact of Comprehensive Stroke Care Capacity on the Hospital Volume of Stroke Interventions: A Nationwide Study in Japan: J-ASPECT Study
We examined the effect of hospital characteristics, having a t-PA protocol, and the number of fulfilled CSC items (total CSC score) on the hospital volume of t-PA infusion, removal of intracerebral hemorrhage, and coiling and clipping of intracranial aneurysms performed in 2009.Results: Approximately 55% of hospitals responded to the survey. Inter-Rater Variability for Evaluation of ASPECT Score Between a Neurologist and Neuroradiologist in Acute Stroke Patients (P6.020)
Conclusion Inter-rater agreement of evaluation early acute CT ischemic changes in acute-stroke patients between a neurologist and neuroradiologist was almost perfect. That could improve management of the acute stroke and mechanical thrombectomy care. Automated detection of arterial landmarks and vascular occlusions in patients with acute stroke receiving digital subtraction angiography using deep learning
Conclusion These results may serve as an unbiased standard for clinical stroke trials, as optimal standardization would be useful for core laboratories in endovascular thrombectomy studies, and also expedite decision-making during DSA-based procedures.

A Unique Signature of Cardiac-Induced Cranial Forces During Acute Large Vessel Stroke and Development of a Predictive Model
ConclusionsHeadpulse recordings performed on patients with suspected acute stroke significantly identify those with LVO. The lack of temporal correlation of the headpulse with cardiac contraction and resolution to normal may reflect changes in cerebral blood flow and may provide a useful technique to triage stroke patients for thrombectomy using a noninvasive device.

Cryptogenic Stroke Caused by Pulmonary Arterial Venous Malformation with Massive Right-to-Left Shunt: A Case Report
ConclusionsPAVM is an important risk factor for PE and CS and should not be ignored as a possible etiology in stroke patients without any other risk factors. CTA of the pulmonary artery is the recommended gold standard for diagnosing and locating a PAVM. Thrombolytic therapy within the time window combined with transcatheter device occlusion of arteriovenous malformation and rehabilitation training may benefit the recovery of patients with CS caused by PE resulting from PAVM.

Ctbrain machine learning predicts stroke thrombolysis result
Conclusions This proof-of-concept study shows that machine learning methods applied to acute stroke CT-scans potentially offers automation, and improved performance in SICH prediction following thrombolysis. Larger-scale cohorts, and incorporation of CT perfusion/angiography data, should be tested with such methods.
