Hi all ! I am currently an IMG PGY-1 in FM residency
Old grad: YOG 2016, completed all 3 step exams now, got my step 3 score AFTER matching.
Matched into FM on first try in Miami. I applied to both Psych & FM. I ranked Psych first, FM second. Ideally I'd like to be outpatient & see mainly psych patients long term.

How often do you all use Nexletol or Nexlizet in your practice?
Is it just patients with familial hypercholesterolemia or do you use it with some regularity for patients who can't lower their LDL sufficiently with a statin?

Hi all,
I've heard that there are programs or incentives that will pay for a portion of medical school if you pledge to go into primary care in a rural area. I have done a little looking and can't seem to find specifics on this. Does anyone have a pulse on these types of programs and if so could you link them?
