Background: To systematically review the literature and to perform meta-analyses on full-field electroretinography (ffERG) between healthy controls and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) to map the extent of retinal dysfunction.
Summary: We systematically searched 11 databases on 3 March 2021. Eligible studies had to measure retinal function using ffERG in eyes with AMD and in healthy controls. Idiopathic Macular Hole without Vitreomacular Separation
Purpose: To investigate the clinical features and treatment outcomes of idiopathic full thickness macular hole (FTMH) without vitreomacular separation (VMS).
Methods: Consecutive cases of idiopathic FTMH at one tertiary center from January 2013 to April 2020 was retrospectively recruited. They were separated into two groups according to the findings in optical coherence tomography (OCT): FTMH with VMS and FTMH without VMS. Long-term Efficacy of a Treat-and-Extend Regimen With Ranibizumab in Patients With Neovascular Age-Related Macular Disease: An Open-label 12-month Extension to the CANTREAT Study

Effect of Duration of Silicone Oil Tamponade on Retinal Structure after Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment Surgery

The effect of intravitreal bevacizumab dose on retinal vascular progression in retinopathy of prematurity.
Conclusion: The ratio of FD to DD decreased significantly with increasing age. The additional treatment rate and progression of retinal vascularization by unit of FD were similar between the gro ups. The difference of LTRV by unit of DD was higher in the low dose group. The usage of different formulas and methods may affect the evaluation of the progression of retinal vascularization. Structural and vascular changes of the choroid in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy after intravitreal anti-VEGF therapy

Progression of macular atrophy in patients receiving long-term anti-VEGF therapy for age-related macular degeneration; Real Life Data
Conclusion
In this real-life setting, half of neovascular AMD patients under anti-VEGF treatment, without MA at thera py initiation, developed MA over a period of at least 6 years.
