Nursing Students' Perceptions About the Culture of Nursing: A Focused Ethnography Study
CONCLUSION: Nursing students struggle to define the culture of nursing, contributing to challenges with the enculturation process and leading to identity shock. Benefits of Using a Free Cloud-Based Electronic Health Record for Simulation in a Baccalaureate Nursing Program

CONCLUSION: External factors can either hinder or promote PsyCap and intent to seek leadership development. Constructs within PsyCap are critical for nursing faculty to achieve a "reset."
