Combination pharmacological therapy targeting multiple mechanisms of sleep apnoea: a randomised controlled cross-over trial
Conclusions While AtoOxy halved AHI, and acetazolamide lowered AHI by a third, the combination of these leading experimental interventions provided no greater efficacy than AtoOxy alone.
