ConclusionsSecukinumab led to a rapid and sustained reduction in hsCRP and the NLR in patients with IMIDs with a high systemic inflammatory burden. Traditional CV risk factors remained stable for at least 1  year in patients with psoriasis, PsA, and axSpA.
