[Role of visceral surgery in oligometastases of non-gastrointestinal tumors].
CONCLUSION: Regarding limited evidence patients with oligometastatic disease origin from non-gastrointestinal tumors could benefit from liver resection. Tumor biology and response to targeted individualized systemic therapy become more important in this scenario.
