Work/Life Balance in a Clinical Psych program
I am interested in pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology (Phd or Psyd) and wanted to find out from those currently in a program or those who have graduated what the work/life balance looks like during the program? On average, how much time do you have per week to spend time with family/friends or engage in activities outside of classes/studying/practicum? And how much sleep do you tend to get on average? It seems to me that no matter how well a person prepares for an interview, he or she can not fully answer the questions if feels tired.Of course, your clothes are important. Any Last Minute Advice?
Hello all, I take my DAT two weeks from today, bright and early at 8 AM. I have been using DAT Bootcamp and DAT/Math Destroyer. I plan to take and complete all questions/tests from all of these resources. Additionally, I have compiled a spiral notebook with key information and concepts that I get wrong from all of the sections that I will read every night before bed (this way I think about the stuff that I get wrong while I sleep).
