Outcomes of systemic bevacizumab in radiation-induced optic neuropathy, case series
ConclusionSystemic bevacizumab may stabilize vision in some patients with RION, though the limitations of our study do not allow us to draw this conclusion definitively. Therefore, the risks and potential benefits of using IV bevacizumab should be considered in each individual case.

Ischemic stroke in a patient with EGFR ‐mutated non–small‐cell lung cancer after treatment with ramucirumab
This article presents the case of a non–small-cell lun g cancer patient who experienced a new ischemic stroke after treatment with ramucirumab. The findings suggest that further studies may be necessary to investigate the relationship between ramucirumab and the risk of ischemic stroke.

Incidence rates of cardiovascular outcomes in a community ‐based population of cancer patients

AbstractBevacizumab (BVZ), a monoclonal antibody directed against vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), has been suspected to increase the incidence of ischemic stroke (IS) and intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) in GBM patients. Intracranial vascular events, such as IS and ICH, were retrospectively analyzed in 364 MRI scans of 82 patients with recurrent GBM (1st/2nd/3rd relapse).
