Contralesional Brain-Computer Interface Control of a Powered Exoskeleton for Motor Recovery in Chronic Stroke Survivors Clinical Sciences
Conclusions—The findings demonstrate the therapeutic potential of a BCI-driven neurorehabilitation approach using the unaffected hemisphere in this uncontrolled sample of chronic stroke survivors. They also demonstrate that BCI-driven neurorehabilitation can be effectively delivered in the home environment, thus increasing the probability of future clinical translation.Clinical Trial Registration—URL: http://www.clinicaltrials.gov. Feasibility of a remotely supervised home-based group eHealth Fitness and Mobility Exercise program for stroke: French-Canadian version preliminary study
CONCLUSION: FAME@home was feasible to deliver as a remotely supervised group exercise program to community-dwelling stroke survivors, with high levels of retention and adherence. Telehealth for remote stroke management
This article reviews the rationale for telestroke networks and their current implementation in Canada. Telestroke networks enable stroke-specific procedures to be performed by less experiences physicians under the guidance of stroke neurology experts. Timely access to inpatient rehabilitation after stroke: a qualitative study of perceived barriers and potential solutions in Ontario, Canada.

Intention to Return to Work after Stroke Following Rehabilitation in Ontario.
This study examined the prevalence of intention to return to work after discharge among stroke rehabilitation inpatients.
METHODS.: We performed secondary analysis of National Rehabilitation Reporting System data for all stroke rehabilitation inpatients across Ontario (2012-2017). Intention to return to work was examined by gender, age, and level of disability.

Influence of low income on return to participation following stroke.
CONCLUSION: This case study demonstrated that even in a universal healthcare system, post-stroke participation for those with low incomes was severely restricted. Changes at the clinical level and at the public policy level could facilitate participation. The implications of the Canadian Stroke Best Practice Recommendations for design and allocation of rehabilitation after hospital discharge: a problematization.
CONCLUSION: An alternate vision of post-discharge rehabilitation could help resolve this tension. Post-discharge rehabilitation could be envisioned as a self-management intervention. Stroke self-management and the role of self-efficacy.
Conclusions: Engagement in a stroke-specific self-management program can improve client-perceived occupational performance and satisfaction. Self-efficacy was shown to be a mediating variable to occupational performance improvements.
