Disease Burden Among Patients With Multiple Overlapping Eosinophilic Diseases In The Real World Investigation Of Eosinophilic-Associated Disease Overlap (REVEAL) Study
The pathogenesis of multiple eosinophilic diseases (EDs) likely involves EID. Epidemiology and disease overlap among EDs are poorly understood. REVEAL is a retrospective claims study examining disease overlap among EDs, including allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, atopic dermatitis, bullous pemphigoid, chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), asthma, COPD, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), eosinophilic gastritis/gastroenteritis, and non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis.

Diagnostic Models for Atopic Dermatitis Based on Serum Microbial Extracellular Vesicle Metagenomic Analysis: A Pilot Study.
CONCLUSIONS: In summary, microbial EVs demonstrated the potential in their use as novel biomarkers for AD diagnosis. Gut microbiota of children with atopic dermatitis: Controlled study in the metropolitan region of S ão Paulo, Brazil.
CONCLUSIONS: This study confirmed that children living in the metropolitan area of São Paulo (Brazil) with AD have a different microbiota pattern with higher prevalence of C. difficile, lower abundance of Lactobacillus and greater abundance of bifidobacteria, regardless of socioeconomic status.
