Four Patients with COVID-19 and Tuberculosis, Singapore, April-May 2020.
Abstract Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and tuberculosis (TB) developed in 4 foreign workers living in dormitories in Singapore during April-May 2020. Clinical manifestations and atypical radiographic features of COVID-19 led to the diagnosis of TB through positive interferon-gamma release assay and culture results. During the COVID-19 pandemic, TB should not be overlooked. PMID: 32667283 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE]

Clinical characteristics, comorbidities and outcomes among persons with HIV hospitalized with coronavirus disease 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia
Conclusion: The multisite series in the Southern United States provides characteristics and early outcomes of hospitalized PWH with COVID-19. Nearly all patients had controlled HIV and a high comorbidity burden. Additional study of COVID-19 among PWH is needed to determine the role of age, comorbidities and HIV control in mediating COVID-19 presentation and its sequelae.

Virtual imaging trials optimize CT, radiography for coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
(American Roentgen Ray Society) According to ARRS' American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR), virtual imaging trials using computational patient models and a human phantom with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) abnormalities via multidiagnostic confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection yield simulations of 'realistic' texture and shape--suggesting that such trials could be utilized to compare CT and radiography, improve both screening and follow-up protocols, and train artificial intelligence tools.

Asymptomatic infection by SARS-CoV-2 in healthcare workers: a study in a large teaching hospital in Wuhan, China
Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused a large number of related deaths and multiple healthcare associated outbreaks [1,2,3,4]. Investigators have summarized the clinical characteristics of patients with initial onset [3,4], in which, some had atypical clinical manifestations, e.g., severe patients merely had moderate or low fever or even no fever [5], while some mild patients may not have pneumonia and only had low fever or mild fatigue [5,6]. One report revealed that no radiographic or CT abnormalities were found in 17.9% of non-severe patients and in 2.9% of severe patients [6].

Association between obesity and clinical prognosis in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2
ConclusionsOur study found BMI was significantly associated with clinical manifestations and prognosis of patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection. For patients with increased risk, clinicians should intervene promptly to avoid disease progression.

Clinical and Laboratory Findings of MERS-CoV infection.
Abstract There is a paucity of data regarding the differentiating characteristics of patients with laboratory confirmed and those negative for Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) in South Korea. This is a hospital-based retrospective study comparing MERS-CoV-positive patients with MERS-CoV-negative patients. A total of 7 positive patients and 55 negative patients with a median age of 43 (P = 0.833) were included. No statistical differences were observed in relation to sex and the presence of comorbidities. At the time of admission, headache (28.6% vs 3.6%; OR, 10.60; 95% CI, 1.22-92.27), myalgi...
