Aberrant phenotype of circulating antigen presenting cells in giant cell arteritis and polymyalgia rheumatica
ConclusionCirculating non-classical monocytes display an activated phenotype in GCA/PMR patients at diagnosis, whereas classical monocytes show reduced expression of activation markers.
