ConclusionsPJC in IPMN is not a recommended examination because of its low overall sensitivity and no significant difference in diagnostic performance by type, location, or subclassification. Although the sensitivity is low, the positive predictive value is high, so we suggest that pancreatic juice cytology be performed only in cases where the patient is not sure about surgery. Calcium administration appears not to benefit acute pancreatitis patients with hypocalcemia

SGLT2 is upregulated to acquire cisplatin resistance and SGLT2 inhibition reduces cisplatin resistance in hepatoblastoma
ConclusionsCisplatin-resistant hepatoblastoma cells exhibited upregulated SGLT2 expression and activated glucose uptake to survive under cisplatin stress. SGLT2 inhibition decreased cellular resistance to cisplatin. SGLT2 inhibition with cisplatin therapy could be a novel therapeutic strategy for cisplatin-resistant hepatoblastoma patients. Reappraisal of surgical and survival outcomes of 500 consecutive cases of robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy
ConclusionsReappraisal of this study has confirmed that RPD is not only technically feasible without increasing surgical risks but also oncologically justified without compromising survival outcomes for both pancreatic head and other periampullary cancers over time.
