All chronic rhinosinusitis endotype clusters demonstrate improvement in patient ‐reported and clinical outcome measures after endoscopic sinus surgery
ConclusionsAll CRS endotype clusters responded favorably to surgery and showed improvements in patient-reported and objective outcome measures. Thus, ESS should be considered a more generalized CRS therapy, and benefits appear to not be limited to specific endotypes. (Source: International Forum of Allergy and Rhinology)

A 3 ‐year follow‐up study after nasal reconstruction surgery in patients with empty nose syndrome
Key Points Empty nose syndrome (ENS) is characterized by a patent nasal airway and a sense of nasal obstruction. ENS and psychological symptoms improved after surgery and remained stable for up to three years. Identifying residual disease is necessary for enhancing therapeutic outcomes in ENS patients. Impact of recurrent acute rhinosinusitis on quality of life
Key Points Quality of life (QoL) in patients with recurrent acute rhinosinusitis (RARS) is understudied. QoL for RARS patients is similar to chronic rhinosinusitis patients, although objective disease severity is lower. QoL of RARS patients is similarly affected during active and inactive infection.
