Clinical and Economic Evaluation after Adopting Contingent Cell-Free DNA Screening for Fetal Trisomies in South Spain
Conclusions: Contingent cfDNA screening shows high DR, low IT rate, and high uptake at a similar cost than traditional screening.Fetal Diagn Ther (Source: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy)

Fetal Cardiac Remodeling Is Affected by the Type of Embryo Transfer in Pregnancies Conceived by in vitro Fertilization: A Prospective Cohort Study
Conclusion: The risk of fetal cardiac remodeling is higher in pregnancies conceived by ICSI and independent from fetal size and Doppler. The magnitude of these changes is affected by the type of ICSI technique and is higher in pregnancies conceived by fresh embryos.Fetal Diagn Ther (Source: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy)

Assessment of Fetal Lung Maturity Using Quantitative Ultrasound Analysis in Patients with Prelabor Rupture of Membranes
Conclusion: This study demonstrates a good accuracy of QuantusFLM ® as a NRM predictor in patients with PROM, with particular reliability in identifying that pulmonary maturity has already occurred.Fetal Diagn Ther (Source: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy)

Fetal Cardiac Intervention for Pulmonary Atresia with Intact Ventricular Septum: International Fetal Cardiac Intervention Registry
Conclusions: Our data suggest a possible benefit to fetal therapy for PAIVS/PS, though rates of technically unsuccessful procedures and procedure-related complications, including fetal loss were substantial. FCI criteria are extremely variable, making direct comparison to nonintervention patients challenging and potentially biased. More uniform FCI criteria for fetuses with PAIVS/PS are needed to avoid unnecessary procedures, expose only fetuses most likely to sustain a benefit, and to enable comparisons to be made with nonintervention patients.Fetal Diagn Ther (Source: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy)

Feasibility, Reliability, and Agreement of Transperineal Ultrasound Measurement: Results from a Longitudinal Cohort Study
Conclusions: Measurements of psAOP and HPD are feasible and correlate significantly with fetal head station by vaginal examination. Measurement of HSD is not feasible when fetal head station is high. Measurement of SCD is feasible, but it is more difficult in the advanced stage of labor. The correlation, reliability, and agreement between SCD and cervical dilatation by vaginal examination are high.Fetal Diagn Ther (Source: Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy)
