Nucynta
inherited a patient on nucynta..100mg ER q12h and IR100mg q12h for breakthrough. Continued it last visit as it is helpful for him. Been on it for a year. Now patient says it's too expensive for him, how would transition him? Slow taper off and add tramadol at the same time? Possible to Submit ERAS before CK Score comes back on 9/6?
ERAS opens up 9/6 at 0900 and my Step 2 CK scores are supposed to come back the same day (likely mid day if it's similar to Step 1 reporting). Ideally, I'd like to submit my ERAS prior to my CK scores being available so that I can see the score and release it or not depending on how I did. Is there any chance I can submit my ERAS before the CK scores come back and, if so, how? Do I authorize the release of my USMLE scores now and just hit submit at 0900, or is there something... Hospital's 401k Plan
Just curious, during hospital orientation they had someone from an outside company talk about mutual funds being fantastic for an hour and then stated that there was no rational reason to opt out because it wouldn't effect how much you saw from your salary. In fact, they argued that you save money because it reduces your pre-tax which results in lower taxable income. med school marriage?
Hi all! I'm new to the forum, just needed someone to vent to. My boyfriend is a 3rd year med student. We've been together for quite some time (5+ years). We've gone through quite a bit together: college, LDR, medschool applications, graduate school for me, and surviving STEP 1. We recently moved in together. My boyfriend is great with helping out around the house and spending some time with me with his busy schedule. No ECs for ERAS?
How bad is it to have no ECs--except research--on your ERAS under experiences? I have only one student group I was involved with very briefly. With average board scores and grades, how big of a problem is this?
