Using Behavior Change Theory to Identify Drivers and Barriers for Antifungal Treatment Decisions: A Case  Study in a Large Teaching Hospital in the East of England, UK
ConclusionsUnderstanding the basis for linked clinicians ’ prescribing behaviors for identified drivers and barriers may inform interventions on AFS programs and contribute to consistently improving antifungal prescribing. Collective decision-making among the MDT may be leveraged to improve clinicians’ antifungal prescribing. These findings may be gen eralized across specialty care settings. Meaning of Family Reported Outcome Measure (FROM-16) severity score bands: a cross-sectional online study in the UK
Conclusion The FROM-16 score descriptor bands provide new information to clinicians about interpreting scores and score changes, allowing better-informed treatment decisions for patients and their families. Developing a multivariate prediction model for the detection of COVID-19 from crowd-sourced respiratory voice data.
Conclusions: Deep-learning can detect subtle changes in the voice of COVID-19 patients. The sensitivity of our model shows a significant improvements compared to the antigen test (84% vs. 56.2%), yet with a lower specificity (83% vs. 99.5%). As an addition to other testing techniques, with a simple voice analysis this model may aid to fast diagnosise COVID-19 cases. (Source: European Respiratory Journal)
