Hemoptoe, thin-walled lung cysts, and spontaneous pneumothorax are features of metastatic cutaneous angiosarcoma
We present a case of bilateral cystic lung metastases originating from cutaneous angiosarcoma (cAS) of the scalp in a 73-year-old man. He presented with hemoptysis and recurrent bilateral pneumothorax. The clinical, radiological, and histological features and a potential pathophysiological mechanism of pulmo nary changes in cutaneous angiosarcoma are discussed. Clinical characteristics and surgical outcomes of primary intracranial angiosarcomas
ConclusionIn this study, we found that PIAs have a higher incidence in males than in females, and most cases show evidence of old hemorrhage on preoperative MRI. Through our statistical analysis, GTR plays a crucial role in for treating this rare disease. Further clinical data are needed to validate our conclusions. (Source: Journal of Neuro-Oncology)

Primary breast angiosarcoma in a postmenopausal woman: A case report
CONCLUSION: Breast primary angiosarcoma is a rare entity in post-menopausal women that should be considered in the differentials of breast lumps. Standardized information is limited though current management includes local control with radical surgery. Paclitaxel-induced dorsal hand-foot syndrome
We present an unusual case of paclitaxel-induced HFS localized to the dorsal hands of a 66-year-old man with metastatic angiosarcoma.
