Anemia predicts thromboembolic events, bleeding complications and mortality in patients with atrial fibrillation: Insights form the RE-LY trial.

CONCLUSIONS: Anemia is associated with a raised risk of thromboembolic events, bleeding complications and mortality in anticoagulated patients with AF.
