Colorectal cancer surveillance with chromoendoscopy in inflammatory bowel disease: results from a real-life experience
CONCLUSIONS: This study reports a high dysplasia detection rate (24%) via targeted chromoendoscopic biopsies. In most cases, lesions were successfully removed by endoscopic resection.
