CONCLUSION: In follow-up of long-term breast cancer survivors with node irradiation, myocardial infarction is treated even if radiotherapy is forgotten, while recognition and diagnosis of chronic arm ischemia due to subclavian artery stenosis needs to be improved for appropriate therapeutic management.
