A National Analysis of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting in Autoimmune Connective Tissue Disease.
CONCLUSIONS: CABG in patients with CTD provides acceptable outcomes and paradoxically improved resource use. However, CABG in patients with APLS warrants careful consideration given inferior outcomes.
