Invasive Aspergillosis of the Liver in an Immunocompetent Patient
We present a case of invasive hepatic aspergillosis in an immunocompetent patient. We aim to highlight the challenges faced in the diagnosis and management of hepatic aspergillosis in an immunocompetent host and also review the available literature.
