Pulmonary function in very long-term survivors after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (aSCT)

Conclusions: The survivors of aSCT had lung volumes within normal range. DLCO impairment was found in more than half of the females. This is in line with findings from previous studies in cancer survivors treated with high dose chemotherapy.
