Generalized Dilative Arteriopathy without Myopathy: A New Phenotype of Pompe Disease (P6.256)

Conclusion. This case demonstrates that LOPD may present as an isolated generalized dilative arteriopathy with repeated kidney and brain infarcts, and no myopathy.
