Regeneration of Nonhuman Primate Hearts With Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-Derived Cardiac Spheroids

CONCLUSIONS: We demonstrated that direct injection of hiPSC-CSs restores the contractile functions of injured primate hearts with an acceptable risk of posttransplant arrhythmia.
